LUNDI SOIR  et  MERCREDI soir

  • de 18h à 19h : Qi Gong + Tai Chi niveau débutants

  • de 19h à 20h : Qui Gong + Tai Chi + applications martiales, tous niveaux
     

MERCREDI MIDI​

  • de 12h 30 à 13h 30 : Qi Gong seulement, tous niveaux

1 ou 2 cours d'essai gratuits (venir un peu avant 18h)

NOS TARIFS, SAISON 2025 / 2026

  • cotisation annuelle de 270 €, permettant d'assister à tous les cours
    (possibilité d'émettre 3 chèques de 90 €, encaissables en octobre/janvier/avril)
     

  • cotisation spécifique de 120 €, permettant d'assister seulement au cours du mercredi de 12h30 à 13h 30
